WHO| Guy and Justin, Guy and Susannah
WHAT| Guy, a tar pit, and a mercy kill
WHEN| Week 6
WHERE| Third floor, the tar pit
WARNINGS| Deeeeeath
Exhaustion and hunger were setting in. Losing so much blood hadn't helped, though his arm had been bandaged very well by Dr. Watson. The wound had clotted up properly and he'd managed to keep it from getting infected by washing it regularly. So far.
But he was tired and the lack of a working arm - as well as the dizziness from what had happened to his ear - weren't making things easy.
He hadn't wanted to go back after everything that had happened, but he decided to try taking a moment on the remains of the third floor to rest, figuring that most wouldn't try to go there after its collapse.
That made it dangerous but potentially safe at the same time.
It turned out it was empty, devoid of all people. But the tar pit was there, still bubbling away. He couldn't take his eyes off it and quickly came to the realization that, safe place for a breather or not, he'd rather face danger and other forms of death than be this close to it.

He wasn't with it enough to fight back properly but conscious enough to be terrified.

So that's where they were going, and after Guy was firmly stuck in the ooze, Justin stood to the side for a few minutes to just watch the caveman struggle.

"Nnn...nnno. No." He blinked, trying to clear away the dizziness, and Justin got to see the exact moment he was fully aware of his situation because the despair made his face into a mask just like the masks that had given him his power. "No. No!"
He thrashed, knowing it was useless, but doing it anyway in his panic.

There was playing the game to survive and then there was laughing at someone else's abject horror.
Where did some of these people even come from?
