What| Steve saved Bacopa's life. Bacopa saved Steve's life. They're going to recover over a campfire.

Warnings/Notes| Nothing in particular yet.
Dusk is falling. Bacopa scavenged the forest and came out with plants to eat and use to tend to the bite on Steve's arm. She lets him deal with any hunting or meat-finding, since she knows he's better at it than she is, but she makes sure to gather more food than usual just in case his arm hurts him too much to get anything.
She comes back to the campfire quickly. At first, she had been nervous to have a fire, since it drew attention, but then she realized that the offworlders just didn't care to hunt each other in the middle of the night. She sets any food she has near the fire, but the first thing on her agenda is to take care of the cut.
"Sit down. I got some plants for you," she says as soon as she sees Steve.

I forget he has something that she can take back with her....
When she returns to the fire there will be something that looks like a cross between a pig and a rabbit roasting at it.
He frowns at her when she tells him to sit, but complies, eyeing her plants before glancing down at his arm and beginning to unwrap the crude bandages he'd made from tearing up the rest of his sleeve. He doesn't ask questions, they're past that now.
When the wound is revealed again it's still oozing blood, the teeth marks a slashes that go horizontally along the top and bottom of his forearm.

She sits down next to Steve, pulling out all the plantain and yarrow leaves she had stuffed in her clothes, hoarded like she had hoarded the food back in the Capitol. As far as she's concerned, it's just as precious.
Her nose wrinkles at the sight of his cut, but it's not out of disgust. She's seen worse wounds when people get caught in threshing machines. It's more out of displeasure at how it seems to already be on the road to infection.
She starts off by pressing yarrow leaves on his wound. That should suck up the blood before she can get to disinfecting. "We got a bowl?"
