Gary's head swings sluggishly between the two wizards as they commiserate on their abilities. He's never fully understood just what it is that these two are capable of--some kind of weird monster thing, based on what he's seen of the Arena 12 footage and what they've individually told him--but the purpose of the accessories escapes him. Especially now. Gary does not have the brainpower to really work out the details currently.

Instead, he focuses on his previous train of thought. "Yeah, but...not all the way," he says with an odd tilt of his head, then passes another quick look between Haruto and Nitou for confirmation. "Like, there's ah...a...I dunno..." Dammit, words. Gary gestures frantically with his hand to try and conjure them. "--barrier? I guess? Needed a lot of energy to get them to work all the way. It's really weird."
