Sam shoots him a grateful look when he adds quickly to that. One day, Sam'll get Alternian terminology down, but until then, he's got to settle for fumbling a little.

"I'll be fine while I'm working, and that's just a loaner, until we get yours dried out." His expression changes back to more or less completely unimpressed when he hears that explanation, though, and that's about when he starts muttering to himself as he gets his supplies ready. "No, of course, that's a completely reasonable course of action, man, I'd even say it's a few steps above 'chuck myself off a flying object with no warning,' why do I always find myself so damn attached to you extremists, one of these days one of you's gonna give me a heart attack."

He's talking to himself mostly, in between listening to Psiionic snap at his friend, and he can't help but give a little amused snort at it.

When Psiionic addresses him, he looks up. "I think I like you," he comments, then shakes his head. "I'm set, I got at least a whole med kit in here." And more back at the caves - so far, the sponsors have been pretty good about throwing them at him.
