"I'm sure she has thick enough skin. It's not an easy career to get into, she has to have some measure of toughness to her." A pause and Rose shrugs slightly. "Common sense is another thing, and control of temper yet another."

She doesn't care too much about whom it was, a tribute is a tribute and she's not at all that surprised to hear of someone assaulting a capitol member. There are plenty who aren't happy to be here, and new ones arrive all the time. All you needed was one that didn't understand the rules and punishments to the system and there would be a problem.

"I don't murder children," she says firmly if quietly and she seems to hold herself differently, more closed off. And it's true, aside from trolls, and one could argue that they didn't count, and even then Rose hadn't murdered any of them yet. And wasn't planning to for the time being. "You won't have anything to fear from me, at the very least."
