"I wouldn't say a lot," he replies, scrupulously honest. "But some. My world was destroyed, and since then it's been me and eleven of my friends finding our way through various obstacles on a series of planets in paradox space. Injuries happen, and since I'm a strict pacifist I ended up tending to my friends - mostly Porrim, the others were off on their own quests but I've been helping her - since I usually was less banged up from staying out of combat."
He flushes deeply when he realizes what she means, and very pointedly doesn't look at anything but the injuries as he's tending them. "It seems to be some sort of monument to various events and figures in humanity's past," he says stiffly. "And if you wish to go collect more supplies from that shop, I'd advise against it, or at least being cautious. I saw some weaponry displayed in some of the other rooms, and the others here are sure to have started arming themselves with it."
